My experience working with Todd was superb. I recommend him to you wholeheartedly. Working from afar, I needed to help my parents sell their home in Surprise. Obviously every house sale is unique, but Todd stayed supportive and encouraging through some significant twists and turns with getting our former house ready for sale. He was always responsive and helped out in many different ways during this journey. He helped explain a lot of things along the way, and that was comforting.
