We were referred to Michelle by our lender. Our introductory phone call with Michelle set the tone for our relationship. She was very cordial and laid everything out in very easy to understand terms. She communicated very well with all components of the transaction (lender, title company, seller agent, etc) One thing that was very important to us was the fact she focuses on just one client at a time. Like she said in our first meeting “you hire me, I work for you”.

Alica is the consummate professional. Although the market was sluggish, she worked dauntlessly. She religiously kept us on top of neighborhood and regional market trends. She knew price points, she knew floor plans, she knew financing, and she knew people. She is kind, pleasant and cheerful, but at the same time, assertive. We chose her as our agent because five of our neighbors recommended her highly. We recommend her highly, too.

We first met Kelly at an open house. At that time we didn't want to be married to one agent. After talking to her, we knew this was the only agent we wanted to work with. We wanted to upgrade our home in Sun City West and stay in the same community. For 2 1/2 years she always stayed in touch and would notify us of homes that came on the market that checked our boxes. I was being picky and not willing to compromise hoping to find that needle in a haystack. When we found that home, Kelly and Albert were on top of everything making the purchase smooth. When it came to selling the house we already had, we relied on Kelly's opinion as far as timing and strategy. She was spot on and we had a contract in two days, closing less than 30 days later. Kelly Chaplin-Dahl is by far the best realtor that we've ever encountered. In listing our property, she had a complete and thorough knowledge of the market as well as the relative position of our specific property in the current market. After assessing our property, she was able to recommend appropriate updates which would facilitate the sale. She provided recommendations for completing any needed improvements and assisted in coordinating them. This level of assistance was invaluable as we were not able to be on site at the time. Kelly priced the property appropriately and sold it at a good price in a slow market within days of listing! Kelly's knowledge of the market, title companies, home inspectors, marketing/photographers/virtual staging, and a variety of improvement resources was incredibly beneficial. The only reason we provided a 5-star rating is that there weren't 6 or more.
