The Right Choice. We had a home in Sun City West that we needed to sell. We had seen many realtor signs in the neighborhood and noticed many of the homes that were pending or sold had Kelly Chaplin-Dahi’s name on them. My wife and I met with Kelly and Albert and from the beginning it was obvious that they know their craft, well versed in the marketplace, strait forward, no pressure. We listed and had a sale in a very reasonable amount of time. Great communication throughout the process and I have to say one of the easiest real estate transactions I’ve ever been a part of. Kelly is a very motivated and get it done realtor. Her and her husband, Albert work together and are a top notch team. They attend to all of the details, they communicate with you and keep you informed of the process and where either your sale or your purchase is at in the process from start to finish. We had an extremely complicated sale / purchase 1031 exchange from another state to Arizona. Kelly ended up assisting the other 2 realtors in order to get the deals done. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and Albert. There are lots of realtors who can sell a home when things are simple and smooth, but when you need a great team that can handle complex issues and negotiate a great deal, Kelly and Albert are the team you need.
