I just have to tell you how easy it was to put my home on the market with The Power of Two! The name is what convinced me to go with Linda Pitzer and Patty Rosenberg. I wanted to work with two people, knowing I would always have someone to connect with. I wanted someone who knew the Sun City West area. I wanted Linda and Patty to work as a team. I made the right choice! I found my calls/texts were always returned promptly, and my questions answered thoroughly. I had never sold a home before, so I had many questions. They both knew “my house”, and I always knew where we were in the “selling arena”.

My experience selling my home with Kelly and her husband Albert was wonderful. Everything was very professional. The sales brochure was beautiful, communication was clear and timely, photos were excellent, listing and sales price were in line with expectations and they are both just nice people, they understood how emotional selling a home can be. Without question I would use them again when selling a home.

Troy has been nothing short of amazing with every interaction. From renting with him to now buy a house. He was on top of everything! Communicating throughout the whole process, we felt like priority #1. He did all the heavy lifting and felt like we just picked the house and it was done. Thank you so much Troy!!

This was the second home Kelly sold for me and it won't be the last! Her communication and knowledge of the Sun City West market is spot on. I receive weekly (sometimes more) updates on showing activity and feedback which is helpful to properly position the home to sell at a max value. Her knowledge of the "current and ever changing" market and ability to get my properties in front of potential buyers set her apart from other practitioners in the area. I'm looking forward to working with Kelly again to max out the value of my home investment! Thank you for your hard work and professionalism Kelly!

It was a major and stressful decision to sell my home. However, Kelly was so good at addressing any and all of my worries. She was patient and was always willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding the selling and buying process. Her best attribute is her follow up skills. She was on top of any issues that arose and deadlines. She made sure I followed all necessary steps to a happy conclusion- A SOLD HOUSE in less than average days on market!! I highly recommend Kelly to sell your house too.

Kelly gave us a presentation before we even hired her. We were very impressed. Kelly was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We had some unique issues come up with our inspection. Kelly guided us and made us feel comfortable and confident with the decisions we were making. Kelly quickly responded to all our calls, text messages, and emails. I can't recommend Kelly highly enough. I should add that Kelly's husband, Albert, works with Kelly and they make a fantastic team. You couldn't be in better hands.

We have been working with Kelly for awhile looking for something special to upgrade our SCW home. Kelly along with Albert could not have been more on top of every detail to make sure the transaction went smoothly. She is very experienced and always responds in a timely manner. Her honesty and upbeat personality shine bright. We will now be listing our old home with her and can sleep well knowing that we are in good hands for the entire process from listing to closing.

Easy to work with and very professional. Had all the tools to keep us informed on market conditions. We worked with Kelly on both the purchase of a new home and then the sale of our existing home. Our home sold in approximately one month. Highly recommend using Kelly.

We first became aware of Kelly Chaplin-Dahl through her periodic Internet articles regarding homes sold in our area (Surprise, AZ) and current inventory levels. The first time we met Kelly at our house itt felt like she had been a long time friend. It turned out she was originally from Minnesota as were we. She was very easy to work with and obviously were very knowledgeable about the real estate industry in general and that of our loccal area. We felt like she was working for us the "sellers." She and her husband, Albert, were always available if we had questions and those we had were answered promptly. Kely is a true Real Estate Professional. We would definitely recommend her to others seeking a real estate agent.

Barb did a fantastic job helping us list and sell our home. She is knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and is very professional. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she negotiated the best offer and terms to meet our needs. I knew she was the agent I wanted to hire from previous experience with her when I was a licensed agent. Barb works hard for her clients, and I highly recommend her.
