They started by hiring a professional photographer that showcased the property showing all the highlights beautifully, then had numerous "open houses", advertised all over the web and in the MLS with a very well written description, and listened to any suggestions I had along the way. Being a former Realtor myself for 35 years, I feel they met all my requirements and more! They were professional from the initial appointment to beyond the closing of the property and communication was very much a part of the entire experience. I was not disappointed with any aspect of the transaction. I highly recommend them and would use them again. I would feel very comfortable referring them to anyone in need of real estate services. Finding Kelly was not done through the normal channels, ie. friends, referral, social circle, etc. My wife and I went to numerous open houses, not to find a house but to find a real estate agent. Having worked with many agents in the past, in a different state, we knew exactly what we wanted: a clear, straightforward communicator who had a strong grasp on the business. What we got was so much more. Her intellect, understanding and fundamentals of the real estate business are invaluable. We were confident and understood every step of the process thanks to Kelly. If there was a sixth star in this rating process she would have it easily.

I live out of state and was selling my father‘s house. Kelly was great to work with because she was able to take care of so many things, making the process simplified for me. She and Albert arranged for and met with vendors that were necessary to address issues with the dwelling prior to putting it on the market. That extra step led to a successful sale of the house. Both of them were available for questions anytime and were very diligent in returning calls. All documents were emailed efficiently and the system was easy to navigate for processing. The house sold within two months at a price that we we’re happy with. The service was very personal and appreciated by me and our family.

Kelly and her partner are the best real estate representatives I have known in the n6 houses I have sold. I tried to sell my home from January to June of 2024 through an very well known realty and was unsuccessful. So I switched realty to Long and got Kelly. She sold the house right away. What a difference!!! As life would have it, I ran into trouble when my solar company went bankrupt right after listing the house. Kelly kept the ship afloat through the difficult time that represented and the house passed papers on the appointed day. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Kelly and her husband are the best!!!

I knew from our first conversation Kelly and Albert would be the perfect realtors for us. Kelly was the main contact and she brings her husband in as needed. She is easy to talk to, down to earth, helpful with advice and very well organized. Her guidance is easy to follow, comprehensive and plainly pragmatic. She is responsive and keeps you informed easing the anxiety that comes with selling q house. I expected to sell after the average 3 months I observed in my research. We sold in days.
