We can not say enough about Barb Dalby. She was everything we wanted -or could ever want in a real estate agent. Because of her patience, persistence and perseverance, we got the house of our dreams! It's hard to know where to begin when listing Barb's attributes. She was extremely patient with us and our many questions. Her attention to detail was phenomenal-no fine point or seemingly insignificant matter was too small for her to investigate. Her knowledge of a wide range of subjects related to the inspection, maintenance, legal aspects, insurance, Homeowner's Assoc., utilities, neighborhood and many more issues related to our home purchase was extensive, trustworthy and remarkable detailed. We responded to a listing Shelly had in Surprise, Az. We weren't quite ready to purchase right at that moment. She was able to answer our questions about how fast homes were selling in the area and she would keep a look out for what we were looking for. She sent us updated listings and a month later we found the perfect home we were really interested in. We live out of state and she was so helpful in communicating with the listing agent and us and setting up a time we could look at it. She said she would take a video of the home and send to us but we were able to be down there to look at it in person. She was never pushy, or constantly trying to get us to do things out of our budget or realm like we had encounter with a few other realtors looking at homes. She gave us suggestions and choices when making the offer and we got it in a competitive market. We trust her and she has done so much for us even after closing. I will be recommending her to anyone looking for a place to purchase in the area.

Kelly deserves 6 stars actually! She was sooo helpful in the recent sale of my home. Kelly helped my mother, 91, to sell her house quickly and with a significantly higher price. Kelly is personable, thorough, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Kelly’s suggestions were practical and sensible. She suggested to leave her house as is and remove her furniture. ( Very nice 60’s colors and styles.)
