We hired Paulette to sell our house after she helped us buy a different one. We had done significant remodeling/upgrades and she encouraged us to list at an admittedly high price, because inventory was low and we had a unique positioning. We had showings even over the holidays and got a couple of low ball offers; Paulette remained calm and offered advice to wait for better ones.
