I write this with so much appreciation and gratitude to Linda Pitzer and Patty Rosenberg, agents of Long Realty “The Power of Two”. My husband and I are both retired living in Hawaii and was wanting to purchase a second home in the Sun City, Arizona area.After reading reviews on the internet, I placed a call to the “The Power of Two” real estate agency. Linda answered my call and immediately knew I was in good hands. She proceeded to take the time to tell me all about the Sun City area and what the area had to offer. After a very short time, they were able to find a condo that fit our needs perfectly. This agency cares about their buyers and sellers. They both are honest, caring and compassionate agents. I had been to several open houses the day I met Kelly. She stood out as a “straight shooter” and it was immediately evident that her priority is the agent/client relationship and to help find “the house”. She actually honed in on what I wanted before I did. She made the house hunting experience a lot of fun and, after I’d made a decision, she basically held my hand every step of the way. She walked me through every document and, because I lived out of state, stayed on the phone with me for an hour one morning to make sure I understood everything I was e-signing. Her follow-through is exceptional. Any time I had a question or concern, she was just a phone call away and literally made me feel as if I were her only client. She’d check in with me every few days during escrow just to ask if I had any questions about the process, and offered helpful tips and phone numbers to make sure there was a smooth transition ... that I’d have power and water on Day One for example. I lived out of state so having a top-notch agent keeping an eye on the property during escrow was extremely comforting. She caught (and resolved!) a few things during the final walk-through that saved me grief on the day we moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly and, if we decide to downsize in the future, she will be my first phone call. Kelly loves her job and it shows!

Kelly and Albert make a great team. Savvy, experienced, responsive, scrappy. Kelly keeps you up to date on market conditions with regular, weekly reports plus significant developments on local housing as they occur. I was trustee of an estate and, with their help, sold a house in SCW from my home out of state. And when I say help, I mean technical, emotional and Albert-could-you-please-fix-this-for-me kind of help. It takes pressure off you. They have more energy and perseverance than any real estate agent you can find. We concluded a sale in a surprisingly rocky market period.

Kelly is definitely a 5-Star Realtor! She has a sophisticated marketing strategy and provides excellent on-line visibility for your property. She also has great “For Sale” signage…the first I have seen that is lighted at night! Kelly provides up-to-date information to keep her clients informed about the state of the local housing market, as well as frequent updates about the effectiveness of her marketing strategy. She and Al go the extra mile to help her clients prepare for Open Houses and “showings”, for instance, by offering to blow debris off the patio following monsoon storms the night before. Kelly is part social worker, cheerleader, and Realtor. She realizes that selling your house is a very stressful life event, and she is always there with resources and encouragement. I am so glad I chose Kelly Chaplin-Dahl as my Realtor, and I give her my highest recommendation.
