Once again, Kelly exceeded our expectations regarding price, professionalism and a timely, successful closing. The property was initially under contract with what we thought was a very strong buyer, however, the buyer of their home did not perform and they were not able to close. Kelly was on top of it. We relisted the property, got an even higher price in less than a week and closed the property with only a 10 day escrow! Kelly's marketing, effective communication, attention to detail and decades of experience are evident in how she navigates every twist and turn! This was the 5th transaction Kelly has done for me and my family. I wouldn't use anyone but Kelly when buying or selling a home in CA or AZ!
