Selling my home was emotionally very difficult for me. My wife and I had lived there over 32 years. But when she passed away 2 years ago at some point I finally realized that the house was far too big for me to live in and maintain so I decided to sell. After speaking with several agents I chose Cheryl. Looking back I have to believe that I wasn’t the easiest client to deal with but Cheryl was patient, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Cheryl’s advice was invaluable to me and many times she was the voice of reason I needed to get through a difficult time. Cheryl also had access to many resources that I utilized to prepare my house prior to listing. It was comforting to me that Cheryl maintained contact with me throughout the entire process from before listing until closing. Cheryl always returned my calls in a timely manner and I called or texted many times. In addition to Cheryl’s excellent work in selling my house, she also helped me obtain the wonderful rental that I’m currently calling home. Cheryl is truly exceptional. We have worked with Cheryl to sell two homes. This time we were in the market to buy our forever home. In a sellers market the task was not as easy. We also had a very specific location and style of home we were looking for. Cheryl was up for the challenge! We looked at 10+ homes but could not find the right one. Cherly was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness is incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back or text no longer than 5 minutes later. We worked with Keith for months getting the sale of our NJ home and buying our Pa home. He went above and beyond helping with the NJ sale while holding the fort with our sellers . I have to say we feel we made our first friend in PA. We will miss talking to him often but he is there if we need him. He by far is the best of the best in PA!!

First, because I've known Mark since the 1970s and my most recent transaction with him is not the first, that should serve as a significant referral recommendation example for others needing real estate services. I have dozens of other local and non local agents contacting me annually to ask if I want to sell. Naturally, for me its just unnecessary to spend time dealing with them. I'd rather call or text Mark Lohr and suggest everyone else do the same. It is unlikely that you will be anything other than satisfied.

We had the pleasure of working with Tina for the purchase our first (and hopefully forever) home in June of 2022. Our journey started about a year earlier as she brought us to see dozens of homes and earned our trust right from the beginning by pointing out any potential issues with the home (noticeable termite damage, water damage, items on sellers disclosures, etc) rather than skating by them just to make a sale. After she helped us make an offer, she stuck with us for 9 months while the seller looked for a new house. During that time, she helped us find a different house that we ended up purchasing. We recruited Mark to help us find a new home in the midst of the hot housing market in the late winter/spring of 2022.
