We were moving to PA from out of town and Wendy and her team were absolutely amazing. My husband and I had very particular (and clashing) views on what we wanted in a home and with the current market it was really difficult to find what we were looking for at the price we were working with. We are very hands on about looking through listings and sorting out what we wanted and didn't want, and Wendy was great about getting us into places quicky and giving us advice once we were at the house. Wendy was so great and patient with us - even helping us with a contractor to talk about the potential of renovating a historic home and what it would cost us (too much for us since in the end but it was great insight). Her knowledge about the area was invaluable and she was so kind to us - and with the help of her and her team we were able to find a house we agreed on and are happy with! We were so happy to work with her and if we ever move in the future we will absolutely be working with her again. 100% recommend!

My experience is from a sellers point of view, and it was hard. Cheryl helped me through the whole thing. She held my hand many times, she also had really good list of people to help (window washers, cleaning people , handymen ) to help. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Gary Udinson came to us very highly recommended. Even after all the high praises we heard about him, Gary exceeded our expectations. Gary is a problem solver, a true professional, and when all was said and done, we felt as though he was a long-time friend looking out for our best interests.
