Mike was extremely helpful in getting our townhouse sold quickly and a great price. Our family had relocated 800 miles away prior to listing the property so most of our involvement with the sale happened remotely. Both prior to listing and during the selling process there were some repairs and other tasks that needed to be accomplished. Mike personally helped with a few of them and for others used his network to put us into contact with painters, flooring specialists, etc. We greatly appreciated his effort to keep things moving smoothly as the pandemic impacted our ability to travel to oversee things ourselves and we knew that the people he recommended were trustworthy. Our house was under contract in under a week with over a dozen offers. Mike gave his insight on what offer was best for us and kept us informed every step of the way. When closing was delayed a few days, Mike reassured us that it was just a hiccup and not to worry.
