Paul went above and beyond to get this sale done, and I cannot express my gratitude for that. He helped us remove lead paint and repaint to be approved for an FHA loan.(Downside: Wouldn't let me eat the Paint Chips) Also Paul has an exuberant amount of knowledge with houses, and has a guy/knows a guy for everything.
