Five stars is nowhere close enough to describe our dealings with Cheryl Anton as our realtor. She was superb. We were 89 years old when we decided it was time to move to a retirement home so asked a church friend to be our realtor. Unfortunately she died quite unexpectedly before we even got started so her office sent us a substitute. After one meeting I had more questions than answers having had NO experiences in that field for decades. I remembered that a close neighbor had mentioned that her friend further down our road had sold houses so I phoned her to ask if I could "pick her brain". I only knew her to exchange greetings, but she graciously agreed to join me. By the end of that session, I knew who we needed as our realtor. With no promise of remuneration or reward for any of her time, she had answered fully all my questions. Not only did she help us step by step in the successful and quick selling of our decades old house but also found folks for some of our belongings such as our piano. Working closely with Cheryl to accomplish this formed a solid basis for a friendship that has lasted for the last five years and hopeful longer. Every year she brings us a huge pie and still keeps in touch with us to this day. Using Cheryl as your realtor brings you not only an honest, competent and efficient person but a real friend also.
