I was the overly picky buyer, and Pauline was the extremely patient realtor. What my wife and I respected most was Paulines professionalism and knowledge. Her ability point out the the flaws in houses that we didn’t notice was invaluable. Pauline even would advise against offers on houses when she would see enough wrong with it pushing back a potential sale and commission. Pauline’s guidance through closing and her strongly advocating for us helped immensely. Switching to Pauline was the best thing we did in our long search for a new house in this terribly difficult housing market.

Dave has been wonderful to work with throughout our home selling and buying process. He has been on top of everything, reminding us of deadlines and important tasks. We had quite a few hiccups that none of could have seen coming and Dave expertly steered us through those rocky periods. When we met Paul during the second week of September he asked about our current situation. Family, lifestyle, expectations of what we wanted in a house. He wanted to get a better idea of what our wants and needs were. He had to move a family of 7 from out of state into a home that made us feel welcomed and he succeeded! He went above and beyond! I started my new job on Oct 8th, which meant we had less than a month to find us a home. Knowing that we had a 2hr trip from NYC, Paul would fill our days with as many listings he could find for us to view. We saw so many places I still get dizzy thinking about it. Our last weekend before the deadline we were unable to make the trip up. Paul took it upon himself to physically go to all the listings we had even the slightest interest in and video called us from each location. There was at least 8 places on the list we gave him and he walked us through them all. It wasn't until Oct 5th that we finally heard a yes from our current landlord. On the 6th we signed the lease and on the 7th we moved in. While we were moving in Paul came to check up on us, and that was when we saw his foot in a cast. The day before he went running around doing the video calls with us, he broke his foot helping a friend. This level of commitment and dedication that he held for my family is something we never experienced...ever! I can't express how grateful me and my family are for all the late night phone calls explaining the possible reasons why we didn't get any call backs or the endless listings he found as possible backups. Paul has set the bar so high that I told everyone I know that if they have an interest in PA to give me a call because I don't "got a guy" I got "THE Guy"!

This is our third house, we've had very good realtors before, but Eric was the total package. He quietly showed us house after house and never gave up even though I was giving up. once we put a bid in for a house and then changed our mind. Eric, cool as an ice cube just said no problem, we will find the right house for you! We found the right house of course with Eric's patience, he's very professional all ways on time and knows the ins & outs when it comes to purchasing a house. we are very pleased with his services. Also I am not sure who loves the house more, me or my wife.
