I have you Cheryl as my realtor for about 4 years. I never considered ever to use another person as she does such a great job finding me my tenants for my rooms that I rent. Cheryl has a distinct way about her of making the perspective tenants feel very comfortable. She goes out of her way to accommodate them and me as well I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone to represent you for selling your home. I have dealt with other realtors in the past and they do not even come close to the unique and positive way that Cheryl handles clients. I don't think I can even put my thoughts into words in having Wendy handle the purchase of my forever home. I had many wants, needs and desires on what I was looking for.
