Mark Lohr

First, because I've known Mark since the 1970s and my most recent transaction with him is not the first, that should serve as a significant referral recommendation example for others needing real estate services. I have dozens of other local and non local agents contacting me annually to ask if I want to sell. Naturally, for me its just unnecessary to spend time dealing with them. I'd rather call or text Mark Lohr and suggest everyone else do the same. It is unlikely that you will be anything other than satisfied.

We recruited Mark to help us find a new home in the midst of the hot housing market in the late winter/spring of 2022. It was a long process that saw us going to multiple showings each weekend day for many, many weeks as well as putting in multiple offers before one was finally accepted. Mark patiently walked us through the process and took us to every house we wanted to see. He went above and beyond to help us find a home in a very difficult housing market. We are grateful!

Mark easily sold out house, on the first day it was listed. He even sold it for more than we were asking. Mark is such a professional realtor. His knowledge in this field shows while talking with us. Definitely use mark again....Dave
