Jack and Bonnie are a great team to help in the house buying & selling process. We used them for both buying and selling of our condo and they are the definition of honest realtors. They make the process extremely easy and are always there to help answer any questions along the way! We are moving out of state and buying a house (so they can’t be our realtors) but even 6 months after closing with them they are still helping us get thousands towards closing cost on our new home. We were supposed to get 12.5% (half of what Jack and Bonnie would receive) of the commission for the referral program but the new realtor offered us the full amount- we offered Jack and Bonnie the half they deserved and they denied because it would benefit us to take the full amount. They were genuinely on our side and helping us out. We can’t be more thankful for them and appreciate all they do to go above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Jessica was absolutely the best realtor. I never thought we could be homeowners this fast. We’ve rented and rented for years and knew we had to look into this home buying business. We are first time home buyers and needed some hand holding (quite a bit actually). Jessica walked us through the process step by step. She was ALWAYS available for questions, even at 930pm! She took the time to make sure we understood everything and never made us feel pressured. She gave us her expert opinion on how and what the market was like so that we can put in an offer that worked for us. We brainstormed offers together and she was able to negotiate terms that worked out in our favor. It was an anxiety-filled process to say the least. Jessica would spend how ever long it took to listen to our nervous chatter about things and was extremely empathetic. This was truly one of the things I appreciated this the most. She would reassure us and calm us down when anxiety was high; super helpful when it comes to focusing on all the paperwork we needed to sign! With her guidance, we were able to close in 17 days! I didn’t even know that was possible! We can’t thank her enough for helping us get into our first home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Buying a house in California has always been a dream of ours. We are recently engaged and weren’t sure that it would be possible for us in this current market. Luckily, we had Mark to help us. His experience and honesty are immeasurable. We had done all the research- everything we could google or read on reddit forum posts. We weren’t coming in blind, but we needed someone that we could trust to help with the parts that you can’t search online for. Plus, the landscape of regulations in California is constantly changing. It was so important that we had Mark on our side to navigate the experience. From the start, Mark was ready to discuss our options. He listened to our wish list and gave us some advice. He wasn’t pushy; he respected when we had small differences in opinion. But for the most part, we were on the same page as him organically. We chose a lender based on our personal opinions, and it turned out that unfortunately they became completely unresponsive during the process. We regret not picking one of Mark’s preferred lenders in hindsight. Nevertheless, Mark was steadfast and resilient. He worked with the lender we had selected despite their shortcomings. When we couldn’t get ahold of our lender to ask questions, Mark didn’t give up. At one point he facilitated them finally calling us back. He was completely professional and navigated all of the extra work and headache that it caused. We are so grateful- we could have lost this perfect home if he had not fought so hard to keep our lender involved. The process for us was so easy! We feel like we made the decisions while Mark did all the hard parts. He is passionate and truly cares about your buying experience. We are so grateful for the experience and whole-heartedly recommend Mark Thorngren for any real estate needs.

Cami is extremely knowledgeable about the market area we were interested in and was instrumental in helping us find the right houses to bid on and navigate the negotiation process. We purchased the house in March 2022 when the inventory was very low and the number of potential buyers was very high, so it was a market that greatly favored the sellers. Cami expertly guided us through this situation and in the end got us into a house that met our needs, and we are very happy with the home and the location. Cami was also sensitive to our timeline as we were near the end of our rent back period and needed to move very quickly. We were able to close on the purchase and move in before needing to engage in temporary rental and storage, and we also beat the timing of the mortgage interest rate increases. Overall it was great execution in a very challenging market environment
