His reassurance, excellent communication, and extensive knowledge throughout the process made all of the difference. This sale/purchase had a lot of moving parts which Mark and his team handled with total care and confidence. Mark's kindness and decency as a person were truly appreciated. As a bonus he always sends out market information, e-greeting cards on holidays and some little gift (the brownies were the best) around the anniversary of our house purchase. It’s just nice to know that Mark truly cares. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
