There are no words for how much I appreciate and respect Tracy Davignon. I have worked with her to sell 2 houses and buy 1 house so I've seen her in quite a few contexts. I can say without any hesitation that she goes above and beyond at every step of the way. Her attention to detail strong ethics knowledge about anything related to a house (sump pumps filters where to find permit history zoning laws taxes) and just general grit have been such an asset to me.
