I was first referred to Tracy by one of my college roommates in 2022 when I bought my first condo and she was my FIRST CHOICE when I made my decision to sell based on my prior experience with her. This has been a decision that I have been pondering for months and Tracy kept me up to date on the market (comps, pricing, timing, etc.). When I decided to pull the trigger and start the process, Tracy made it very easy for me to navigate and was very responsive to any follow up items/questions along the way. The photoshoot and walkthrough video was very thorough and everything was physically staged versus virtual. She passed along feedback from prospective buyers and when the offer came in, she walked through everything and answered questions from myself and my parents. Tracy kept me updated throughout the entire process, and was very effective working with the buyer's agent, my property manager, and other relevant parties. She was very accommodating to my schedule for ad hoc visits and inspections, and helped put together a checklist to finalize my closing. Tracy has an amazing network of contacts (attorneys, cleaners, etc) that are highly professional and pricing is very reasonable. I am really going to miss Tracy as she really cares about her clients (and their family members), is very attentive, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process and delivers EXCEPTIONAL service whether you are buying and/or selling. I wish there was a way to give her 5+ stars and I am very grateful that I worked with her to buy and sell my condo. You WILL NOT be disappointed and DO NOT squander on an opportunity to work with someone as amazing as Tracy. Thank you so much Tracy for everything :-)

There are no words for how much I appreciate and respect Tracy Davignon. I have worked with her to sell 2 houses and buy 1 house so I've seen her in quite a few contexts. I can say without any hesitation that she goes above and beyond at every step of the way. Her attention to detail strong ethics knowledge about anything related to a house (sump pumps filters where to find permit history zoning laws taxes) and just general grit have been such an asset to me. When she works for a client she is all in. No question is too silly or small - Tracy is not above looking up what day the trash comes or how to change the password on a keypad. She has found ways to reduce my stress provide me assurance and sometimes deliver hard truth about houses. Her responses are prompt and always professional as are the people she has referred me to. She is well-connected and will recommend affordable lawyers painters inspectors etc if asked. She is the best of the best!

Tracy Davignon was absolutely first rate. I always felt that she was working in my best interests. She made numerous suggestions provided guidance and worked tirelessly to show the listing in the best possible light and worked with the lawyers to make sure the paperwork went through without any problems.

Our realtor Tracy went above and beyond. She staged our old house so it looked absolutely beautiful helped us close as soon as possible even as we all dealt with a difficult septic contractor and she helped us find the perfect new home. She kept us updated every step of the way explained everything clearly and was just AMAZING to work with. Thanks for everything!
