There are no words for how much I appreciate and respect Tracy Davignon. I have worked with her to sell 2 houses and buy 1 house so I've seen her in quite a few contexts. I can say without any hesitation that she goes above and beyond at every step of the way. Her attention to detail strong ethics knowledge about anything related to a house (sump pumps filters where to find permit history zoning laws taxes) and just general grit have been such an asset to me. When she works for a client she is all in. No question is too silly or small - Tracy is not above looking up what day the trash comes or how to change the password on a keypad. She has found ways to reduce my stress provide me assurance and sometimes deliver hard truth about houses. Her responses are prompt and always professional as are the people she has referred me to. She is well-connected and will recommend affordable lawyers painters inspectors etc if asked. She is the best of the best!

Tracy was bar none the best real estate professional with whom we've ever worked and we've made many moves across the country (New York Chicago Boston). From the first meeting she was extremely professional knowledgeable and willing to help. She is the only real estate professional that was truly there for us at every stage of the process. From cleaning the house out and getting ready to sell to pricing the home to managing showings (she made sure to be at every one to get to know all potential buyers) to reviewing offers to closing and working with movers and even after closing with mail or other issues that arose. She made herself available at any time throughout the entire process. Moving is so stressful and she really worked hard to make the process as easy efficient and successful (the offer we accepted was 300k over what we thought we could get before we approached her).
