There were a lot of obstacles in the way and times that I worried about actually getting this house. She had a way of calming me down and saying we will get through it. She was very kind and caring and I was so lucky to have her as my agent.

So many times Michelle reminded us to reach out to her with any questions or concerns we certainly did and she was right there each time to put our mind at ease telling us she would make the call right away get back to us with very detailed answers. Extremely professional and caring. She also educated my husband and I on things we didn't realize.
