Mary was very astute in listening to what kind of property we were looking for in Hudson, and narrowed down the properties that matched quite effectively so that looking for a house/finding the right one was very efficient. Mary continued to support us through the negotiations, offer phase as well as when there were questions/issues that surfaced in terms of the items left in the house. She was quite punctual, even meeting us for a walkthrough at 5pm to accommodate us just driving into town that day. She was very communicative about the closing process, and who would be working with us, and everything went as she described. Beyond that, Mary is a totally honest, candid person who was refreshing to deal with. We would absolutely recommend her as a realtor if anyone needed one!
