As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect. JoAnne guided us threw the entire process without making our heads spin. What we loved most about JoAnne was her responsiveness. She would always text/email within 5 minutes. If there was a house that we wanted to look at she would get it booked usually within the hour. Her knowledge about houses really helped up narrow down what we needed for our family. She kept us posted every step of the way about every detail and was wonderful with negotiations.
