Toot is one of one. She is an absolutely incredible agent and an even better person. She is knowledgeable, available, and makes walking through a home a blast. She is always at the ready to provide a home showing, is a fountain of knowledge, and is up beat and positive, even if the home is not a fit. She makes the home buying experience stress free, despite it being one of the larger, more anxiety producing purchases a person will make across their lifetime. From walkthroughs to paper work, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and provides amazing insight. Integrating technology like Docusign made the process super efficient. When I decided I wanted to submit an offer, I was in an area with no internet connection, but I was able to call and talk to Toot, get any questions I had answered, and then complete the paperwork efficiently through Docusign. Her availability and promptness really stood out. I have been in my new home for over a month now and have been enjoying every moment of it. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with anyone other than Toot. 10/10 - 5 Stars :)
