Denise was always available, with a quick response to any of our questions or concerns. Because of her experience in real estate, was very knowledgeable in knowing the tendencies of perspective buyers when it comes to home sales. I had doubts putting our house on the market in November/December. I remember her saying, if you have a nice home, the time of year you sell shouldn’t make a difference. She was right. It’s sold very quickly.

She took time to walk me through the specifics for selling my house and her experience so I could make an informed decision on which agent to work with. Denise was always quick to respond to any questions I had for her. Kept me informed along the way with a real estate market that was changing and was able to help me make some important decisions along the way. She was willing to check in on my house since I was selling due to relocation. I think she made the selling process go as smoothly as possible.

Zach kept in great communication during the entire process and quickly helped us resolve any unforseen issues along the way. The staging and photography was very professional and showed off the features of the house very well. The office staff did an excellent job of handling the closing paperwork as we were out of state at the time, signing papers remotely without a hiccup.
