We are so grateful we had Lisa to help us sell our home! From the beginning, Lisa truly listened to our family, understood what was important to us, and always advocated for what we wanted and needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey, and we would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you for everything you did for our family!
Lisa listened intently to what I was looking for in my new home and took great pains to show all properties that came up. When I decided on this property, she walked me through everything step-by-step. She was very professional and always available for questions or to get documents that I needed. In all of it, in every interaction she treated me like a friend, not a customer.
Demonstrated strong Knowledge in the Market and Comps
Lisa has excellent communication skills with the seller and buyer. As a result we had an exceptionally quick closing. She is very knowledgeable about the product and business and it makes her very successful with both sides. Her skills made it possible to keep a sale that was possibly going to be extended to close on time. My plan is to sell some other lots soon and I will list them with Lisa even though I know one of the potential buyers.
Lisa was wonderful as she helped us to sell our home and help us purchase our new home. She is a dedicated professional with a wealth of knowledge. She was personable and helped us to find our just right home. If you are looking for the best person to represent you in selling and buying, Lisa Novak is your person!
We have worked with Lisa on a number of purchases and sales she has always been top notch to work with. Anything and everything we’ve ever asked about she’s been right on top of it can’t say enough good things about her professionalism.
