Joe was the best. He knew right away which houses would be of interest to my wife and I and was knowledgeable with the area we were looking into. He was readily available, and the best part was never pushy either. If we had any concerns about a house, he took the time to explain or find an answer for us. I truly felt like he put our interests ahead of anything and that had me and my wife at ease throughout the process. Joe made us feel like another we had a friend guiding us through the whole process. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Patience of a Saint. We wanted to find the right situation for our future. At no time did Alex make us feel rushed or pressured into looking at properties that he felt were best for us. We made all choices to see the properties we were interested in. At one point we had found a property and were doing our final walk through. We needed to check the A/C unit and we didn't have a screwdriver to remove the air intake panel. He went to the store and bought one. We found a major leak and water damage that the inspector missed. I believe Alex saved us from one of the biggest mistakes ever. I don't trust that other realtors would have went above and beyond. Truly Alex is a person of integrity. He assisted us to purchase the perfect retirement home.

It's hard to find a realtor who is down-to-earth and has your best interest at heart. However, Joseph Laney is that Realtor! I was incredibly impressed by his in-depth knowledge of the market and how personal he was. He treats you like you are his one and only client. Emails and phone calls were always answered very quickly. Even if you are not quite ready to sell or buy, Joseph has a wealth of information about the process and is willing to share it with you. He took the time to walk me through market analysis in my current area and also the areas I am looking to move to. He also gave me a list of items to complete so that my home would look its best when trying to sell. It really means a lot that he spent his time doing this for me. It was very clear when working with Joseph that he strives to give the highest level of client service. Grace walked be through the process of getting my house ready to be shown. She suggested furniture that should be put into storage and gave reasons why I needed to put some furniture into storage before showing the house. She helped me dust and clean to get ready for the first showing. She sold my house in 4 days. She did not stop helping me after we had a full value offer. She helped with paperwork and explained it all to me in the process. If I had another house to sell I would definitely have Grace sell it for me. She did it in 4 days.

Jeanine is simply the best, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She went over and above representing me in the purchase of my home. I'm certain I would not have found such a wonderful home and negotiated such a reasonable price without Jeanine's tireless efforts throughout the transaction. After meeting with me to understand the type of home I was looking for, my price range, and desired location, Jeanine sent me excellent homes on the market to choose from. After deciding none of them were right for me, Jeanine sent targeted letters to homeowners in my selected area telling them she had a prospective buyer. Sure enough, a homeowner contacted her that they were interested in selling and, shortly thereafter, the homeowner listed their home for sale. It was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't have even found my home without Jeanine! Needless to say, I'm very lucky Jeanine was my agent. This is just one example of how she went over and above. Jeanine was present for every walk through, the inspection, the signing of the documents, and was always in touch with me so that I was apprised of where we were in the process. Jeanine is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail every step throughout the transaction. She strongly advocated on my behalf in the negotiations, but was always respectful to all parties. It was clear she wanted what was best for me, the client, and always put me first in the process.
