In June of 2021 my family embarked on buying a home for our aging mother. We were looking for somewhere comfortable that she would be able to relax and enjoy. She single handed ensured we received everything we were entitled to. Her consistent and determined approach coupled with kindness is out of this world. We can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Erica. She helped us purchase a home in Arizona, then helped us sell our house in Colorado. We searched on line for a year in Arizona to find a home and Erica did numerous video walk throughs with us as we were still in Colorado. Since Erica lives and works in both Colorado and Arizona, it made the process easier, one person who knew what we had in Colorado and understood our needs in Arizona. Molly was great to work with! We were selling a property that was part of a family trust and there was some last minute hiccups on the trust end (not Molly's) and she helped get us through that with the title company. She was knowledgeable about market conditions, a fair asking price and what we should expect during the selling process. Molly was very aggressive to promote the property and easy to contact and responsive throughout the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Molly is the best!
