It was a pleasure to have Joe as my realtor, he is a true asset to your organization. This was my first property purchase and Joe was always available, responsive and well informed. I was renting from the owner, but owner was open to selling. Joe was the realtor for both parties. I found him to be objective and upfront. He was very thorough in explaining and reiterating the process throughout this experience.He was very resourceful in finding me contacts for lenders, insurance, repair ppl, HVAC; etc. I will definitely keep him as a contact for the future. I also wanted to say that submitting signatures electronically was very efficient. The website was very easy to navigate and access. Joe was phenomenal- hands down the best realtor I've worked with or even ever heard of. I started working with Joe two years before moving to Phoenix! We talked about my potential move and areas long before we even moved. He kept in touch in a kind and not at all pushy way, seeing if there was anything he could do. When we did move, he went above and beyond. He not only got us showings at the first available time, but when we did want to make an offer, he did a lot of research as to comps in the area, how much our house would realistically go up in value, etc. In a time when houses in the area are moving way above asking price, he got us our dream home with a price that not only we felt comfortable with, but one that was competitive, but not much over asking price. He gave us recommendations for work we wanted to have done and even met with them before we closed so we could schedule them early. He was always super responsive, gave great advice and was super knowledgable about the area and the market. We couldn't leave Joe without sending him more business, so now my parents are working with him since they are moving to the Gilbert area too.THANK YOU JOE. You were such a pleasure to work with, and if we ever sell or move from our new dream house to another one, you will 100% be the realtor we ask to help us sell our house and buy our next one.
