Matt is a genuine realtor. He cares about his clients and goes above and beyond his responsibilities. During the process of selling my condo, I was working out of state. Matt researched, organized and met with contractors to replace the carpet and complete a paint job. He is a good listener and does not pressure you during the process. He was easily able to accommodate my distance from the Valley and my vacant property, utilizing Zoom for our initial consult and to review the offers made. He arranged for correcting all the minor issues he found (replacing some blinds, etc.), crafted a brilliant listing, navigated some last-minute buyer concerns that arose, and got me across the finish line as quickly as the buyers could accommodate. He was always accessible, answering my questions and allaying my concerns with a peer-to-peer tone that was consistently professional and never condescending.
