Looking for our new home
Sandra worked real hard trying to find us the perfect home with all of our requirements while we were out here looking for a home. She even kept looking for us after we had gone back to our own home in the Midwest and found us everything that was on our list. Third house purchase/sale with Melanie
We purchased a home with her 4 years ago, from out of state. When we went to find a new home in the area and sell our current home, it was a no-brainer to call on Melanie again. She is always in your corner, honest about some downsides of features, accommodating, diligent - just easy and trustworthy at all times. And that includes after the sale I would not hesitate to use her again, and to recommend her.

We bought and sold a house with Elizabeth and it was a great experience.
Liz is an experienced and hard working realtor. Her market knowledge as well as her incredible work ethic made both ends of our transactions not only easy but pleasurable. All the negotiating and details were addressed and completed by Liz. Many points were brought to our attention and there were things we never would have known if not for Liz. Our recent listing was not typical. Moving aging parents from the Denver area cross-country into assisted living after decades in a house with their lifetime of accumulations put us through a Herculean series of logistical hoops over several months. The first time we met, Erica understood our situation immediately. She listened. More importantly, she heard. Over the ensuing months, she monitored the local market, checked on our progress, recommended solutions, foresaw and even stepped in front of obstacles, and, most importantly, educated us about the requirements of a remote closing so that we were able to manage every nuance.
