Al is a San Diego native Italian and grew up in his parent’s many local restaurants, waiting on guests and managing dining rooms. When not assisting clients, Al enjoys spending time bringing families and couples fun activities on his 365 Things To Do In Escondido page on Facebook. He trained over a 40 year period in Korean martial arts, attaining multiple degrees of black belt rank and instructing black belts, grew up racing dirt bikes, LOVES cooking for friends and family and is a serious space nerd while watching the International Space Station when it flies overhead. His medical years as a diagnostic cardiovascular technologist is equally geeky and good evidence of his love for detective work and problem solving. Al now insists on 2 cups of coffee in the morning for a jump start but saves money by buying coffee beans at Costco. He finds fulfillment in helping others succeed and will ask you rhetorically, “are not serving and being served just 2 different folds in the same garment?”

Pryce Moore is a Lowell, Massachusetts native. At just 5 years of age, he moved across seas to Europe with his parents. After that he and his family moved to San Diego, where he has been settled in as a local resident for the last 43 years. He attended Mira Mesa High School and graduated from Miramar Palomar college.
After graduating college, he began his professional career as the Assistant Manager at the local rental car operations in the San Diego airport. He continued to add to his skill sets by becoming a Production/ Logistics Manager for a large commercial printing company in San Marcos and was in this industry for over 25 years.
Pryce has always had a passion for the Real Estate industry. He enjoys helping people successfully achieve their goals of buying their dream home. Even before becoming an agent, he spent time building spec houses and flipping investment properties.
When Pryce is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, who is a Captain at a local Fire Department here in San Diego. They have celebrated 24 years together and 16 years of them being married. They have two Labrador Retriever fur babies. Kaalua and Tito.
Pryce volunteers regularly at Mama’s Kitchen, a local non-profit who provides meals to people in need of nutrition who suffer from serious medical conditions (Aids, Cancer, Heart Disease. etc).
He spends his free-time at the Colorado River, boating in the summer and off-roading in the winter.

Highly motivated and dedicated realtor, who made a difficult market easier to navigate.
Lynnor always made herself available and had a great grasp of the changing market. She communicated in all forms: text, phone call, email, and in person. She was very punctual and always kept us updated every step of the way. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills proved invaluable and I would recommend her services to my family and friends. Besides being professional Lynnor is also very personable. She knew my kids names and made them feel included in the process. I had a wonderful experience with Lynnor. Excellent communicator with a great personality!

Kevin is a great communicator and makes you feel like he’s focused entirely on you.
This was my first time selling a house and Kevin helped make the experience less daunting by always being available for any questions, either by phone call or text (even while he was on vacation). He was very straightforward about the process and provided great market analysis and provided two options for selling our home and what the benefits were for each path. There was a definite emotional attachment to the house that Kevin recognized from the beginning and I felt he always had that in mind while he helped us navigate through the process. He always reached out to let me know when prospective buyers would be coming by so I was aware and then he would follow up with me later that day to fill me in on progress. Kevin is great at his job and I’m truly grateful for his help.

Extremely helpful, honest, and responsive—down-to-earth and knowledgeable
Working with Glennford to purchase my first home was a great experience. He’s honest, responsive, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He was always easy to reach by text or call, quick to answer questions, and was always willing to provide advice backed by strong knowledge of the broader market. Most importantly, he genuinely advocated for what I wanted as a homebuyer throughout the entire process. I could tell Glennford was always working hard behind the scenes to accommodate my needs as a buyer. At the same time, he stayed incredibly down-to-earth and relatable, which was very comforting during a naturally stressful process. I would definitely love to work with Glennford again in the future.
