Rosa definitely went above and beyond and she did more than I expected a Realtor would've done. Rosa definitely treated me like family and not just another number to meet a quota. Even after we closed on the house, she's still there to answer any questions I have. She's been truthful from the start and has even made suggestions and recommendations to help my family make the best decision. I couldn't of asked for anyone better to help achieve this milestone. This was my first time selling a house and Kevin helped make the experience less daunting by always being available for any questions, either by phone call or text (even while he was on vacation). He was very straightforward about the process and provided great market analysis and provided two options for selling our home and what the benefits were for each path. There was a definite emotional attachment to the house that Kevin recognized from the beginning and I felt he always had that in mind while he helped us navigate through the process. He always reached out to let me know when prospective buyers would be coming by so I was aware and then he would follow up with me later that day to fill me in on progress.
