We had the best experience with Tom Grimes representing us to sell our home. Our primary concern was selling our home quickly, so we relied upon Tom's experience and candor in determining a listing price for our home. Tom is honest, diligent, organized, and so easy to work with! He updated us on the activities and comments of potential buyers during our open house/showings. When we received an offer, he clearly communicated our options, patiently and clearly answering our questions. As we proceeded through the purchase transaction process, he kept us informed of the status and compliance with all the negotiated terms. Through the entire process, from preparing to list and show to the final closing, we were confident that Tom was representing and advocating for us. We appreciate his efforts on our behalf to make a process that could be very stressful as smooth as possible. If you want an honest, caring, diligent person to represent your interests in your real estate transaction, contact Tom Grimes.

Alondra is the right choice for anyone wishing to sell a home. She’s intelligent, knowledgeable and efficient. She is very caring and interested in each person that she helps. I have so much enjoyed working with Alondra these few weeks. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking professionalism and kindness.

Ed was very helpful in helping us find a home especially when we were out of state. He was always willing to do a virtual tour when necessary. Very honest and respectful. He provided great recommendations and assisted with understanding various details of contract. He is not just our realtor but a great friend as well.

Lila was incredible throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. She brings great energy and a positive attitude while always staying professional and focused on getting the job done. She fought for us every step of the way, was always responsive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend her!
