You already know a lot of real estate agents.
And that’s EXACTLY the point.
Several in fact, and without a doubt, they’re all terrific…some of your friends have used them.
I believe in using my strengths to build up others with a personal sense of belonging in, and contributing to their community. I believe in using those strengths to inspire them to do the same for others too. We become each other’s strength. Being there for others means we are building stronger communities.
The way that I do that is by giving of myself, then searching deeper for creative solutions and overcoming challenges in people’s lives. For many years I did that serving in health care and then serving families in custody disputes. It’s just that now I happen to be in real estate.”

Like most every other real estate agent, Al will represent you, giving no-nonsense honesty along with the results you deserve and want. And like most every other real estate agent, if you are selling, he will use his negotiating insights to get you the highest price, in the least amount of time, combining state-of-the-art marketing with decades-long personal connections he’s built in the local community. If you are buying, he will likewise provide you with the best information and market data to inform and advise you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
Your agent understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. A real estate agent will shoulder many of those worries behind the scenes so that you don’t have to. He or she will be your guide, letting you to enjoy the process. In the experience of buying or selling a home, or if even only as acquaintances, your Realtor should always make it about you, not him or her.
Al is a San Diego native Italian and grew up in his parent’s many local restaurants, waiting on guests and managing dining rooms. When not assisting clients, Al enjoys spending time bringing families and couples fun activities on his 365 Things To Do In Escondido page on Facebook. He trained over a 40 year period in Korean martial arts, attaining multiple degrees of black belt rank and instructing black belts, grew up racing dirt bikes, LOVES cooking for friends and family and is a serious space nerd while watching the International Space Station when it flies overhead. His medical years as a diagnostic cardiovascular technologist is equally geeky and good evidence of his love for detective work and problem solving. Al now insists on 2 cups of coffee in the morning for a jump start but saves money by buying coffee beans at Costco. He finds fulfillment in helping others succeed and will ask you rhetorically, “are not serving and being served just 2 different folds in the same garment?”
