Realty ONE Group Revolution | Indian Land

I highly recommend Kristina. She handled the sale of my parents' home with real professionalism from start to finish — always responsive, always keeping me in the loop, and clearly diligent about the details that matter in a transaction like this. Even in a difficult market, she was able to get us a fair price for the house, which speaks to how well she knows the local market and how hard she worked on our behalf. Selling a family home after losing both parents isn't easy, and having an agent I could trust to communicate clearly and follow through made a real difference. If you're looking for someone who will genuinely look out for you, Kristina is who you want.

Kristina was amazing. I accepted an offer for a role in Salt Lake City where I needed to start in office within 6 weeks-needless to say the entire process to get my house listed was a sprint! Kristina gave insight on what was necessary to make the home listing ready, contractors she recommended, and staging-even supplying furniture and light fixtures. Then, once listed she managed all logistics, provided regular updates on showings, feedback from potential buyers and kept me informed every step of the way. However, the most amazing asset was her attention to detail once an offer was accepted and working to ensure all final touches were confirmed and managed by an excellent GC, even when a pipe had to be replaced due to tree root damage. She made this sale happen and provided clarity on the market, clear communication and sound advice along the way.

Kristina made our first home buying experience feel so easy. She communicated everything very clearly upfront. She answered every single question throughout the whole process in a timely manner. She was also prepared with information that we would need in looking for lenders, home inspection companies, etc. The information she provided via email was always clear and relevant. Kristina made sure that we had all the information we needed to make descions, however, she never pushed us to do things in a different direction--she always made sure that we knew that all descions were ours to make. We are so glad that we were able to work with Kristina--she made home buying as easy as possible!
