I would like to say that we used David to purchase our property a few years ago and our experience was great. When life plans changed, and we needed to sell our property, we chose David to list it for us. He did a great job and had us an offer within a week!! He is very punctual and knows his stuff. I live in Texas and he is in North Carolina so most things are done digitally and on the phone. Elena went over and above to insure a smooth transaction in the sale of our grandparents' house.
