Top tier professional hands down

Tanya absolutely made the process of selling our home so much easier. She was alway available for questions and very patient with us. We encountered some set backs with the buying agent ( who was EXTREMELY unprofessional i might add ) but Tanya stayed focused and got us through it. We truly do appreciate her so much.

Knowledgeable, Personable, Efficient. Great Negotiator and Advocate.

Not only did Tanya get me a good deal, she talked me off a ledge a few times. Always available to answer questions, she doesn't just talk the talk - she is a woman of action. When the selling agent refused to make an essential fix to the property Tanya brought her drill to the final walk through and did it herself! She is a pleasure to work with.
