Courtney sold my property in record time and sold it for more than I ever expected it to sell for. She is great in every aspect from listing the property, photographing the property, marketing and choosing qualified potentional buyers to negotiating a very competitive offer and contract terms. After the home was under contract she was very hands on and timely and made sure all inspections and closing requirements and dates were met on time. Throughout the process, Ashley has been a highly professional, patient and trusted Buyer's agent for our family in our search and successful purchase of a new home in the NC Triad area. As we were not local to the region, buying a home "remotely" in the current market is particularly challenging. Also purchasing a home in NC has some unique aspects. Over the course of a year, we had many consultations with Ashley and she explained everything fully from start to finish. With Ashley guidance, we were prepared and she coached us to wining strategy. As a long term resident, Ashley know the Piedmont Triad region extremely well. Over the course of over a year we made a few trips to the region. Ashley met with us and was able to guide us to survey different areas in the region to find several we really wanted to live. Ashley was very patient during this process. When it came time to prepare an offer, Ashely guided us through the contract process and helped us determine the fair market value of the home. During the selection process, Ashley stood by as we spent multiple hours, on two visits before we finally make the offer. There was a minor issue once the contract was accepted - and - Ashley skillfully worked with the other realtor to arrive at a very satisfactory solution. In summary, Ashley was a highly valued, patient, and trusted agent. She's know the region and the market. I would certainly recommend her to family, friends, and anyone reading this review.

We put our house on the market just as interest rates started to go up. The bottom fell out, so it took longer than usual to sell. This was by no fault of David. He kept us informed every step of the way and had good suggestions. I trusted him to know what was best. He became like a friend, not just a real estate broker. We also bought a home thru him, and sold another one. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional person. He gives you the information you need, and lets you think about it and make your own decision. Does not try to push you into any decision, whether buying or selling. If I were in the market again today, he would definitely be my go to person.
