The time had come to heal. I had unpleasant duty to be the Executor of my Parents Estate. The Children respected my not dealing with my Parents Home and land. I had became locked into a one year contract with a Realator. I renewed my searches online and became acquainted with David Salmosen. We met locally for coffee and discussed our families needs. David intently listened and suggested we make a visit to view the property. David and I drove to the property's in our all wheel drive cars. I good idea in this though, we didn't need it. David was able to show me GPS location of us on a map of the property. We discussed what needed to be done next. It seemed overwhelming. David sent progress up dates at least twice a week. David located a buyer almost immediately. We closed yesterday!
