I have lived in the Suburban Philadelphia area my entire life. I have been licensed since 1996 specializing in residential home sales throughout Montgomery Chester Bucks Delaware and Philadelphia counties. Takes a personal interest in your home buying experience.

I dealt with Deb Hagan during my home buying experience and she definitely takes a personal interest in the home you buy. In her words, "I would not sell you house that I would not want for my kids". I felt she was concerned about what I was spending my money on going so far as to even point out things that were wrong with houses I was considering buying. She takes great care in being sure you are truly happy with the house you want and isn't out for the 'quick sell'. That kind of personal investment is a rare thing nowadays. She always took the time to answer any questions I had and if she wasn't sure, always got back to me with a quick answer.

Grace is really the best! She managed to meet all of the requirements without a hitch during the whole process and her communication skills are outstanding.
