Kevin is our go to real estate agent. He has helped us now through three transactions; two purchases and a sale. He negotiated a great price during our most recent purchase and worked hard to make sure we got the house with constant communication with the sellers agent. His ability to draft strong offers then build relationships will give you the advantage for your offer to be accepted. This was a tricky purchase for multiple reasons but there was no barrier we encountered that Kevin couldn’t help us overcome. We are so grateful that he helped us get our forever home!

Kelly and her team work exceptionally well together and made the whole process smooth and uneventful. Kelly made contact with me daily, if not multiple times per day to keep me posted on where things were at and what was coming next. Kelly loves what she does and the results prove it. Within a few days of our initial meeting, she staged the whole house and scheduled the first viewings. After the first open house, we got multiple lucrative offers, and a few days after that, we were in escrow. I couldn’t have asked for better results.

I wish i could give 10 starts. I truly cannot imagine selling our home without Kelly. We sold due to a pending international move during a not so great time in the market while having small children. Kelly was truly the glue that held it all together. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate, as well as kind, honest, and a true joy to work with.
