Cyndi has been working with our family for years. She helped my mom and sister find their homes and helped us find ours! We had a very tight timeline and she was always made it a priority to help us see homes, sometimes multiple ones the very same afternoon! What we appreciated most was her ability to balance offering us pros and cons about a property while still remaining unbiased and making sure we felt comfortable with the house, our offers, and counteroffers. Although my experience might be different than most, Kevin was there when I had questions regarding the sale of my uncle's house while he was still alive. A year later he was still there! He suggested to me what was best for myself and my family and no one else. He showed the property with investors and after three days an offer was accepted. Escrow was ten days and things had to get done quickly. Kevin was in constant communication, as was his whole team, including his escrow team! He was professional, honest and he executed flawlessly!
