Cyndi was absolutely amazing to work with. contracted with Steve Ploetz and his team to sell my home. I was living out of state from where the home was located and needed someone who could coordinate all aspects of not only the sale but preparing the house beforehand. It needed paint, carpet, cleaning and other items in order to make it presentable. Steve set me up with a company called Showhomes and between the two of them not only was the house looking like a model when they were done but I sold in less than a week for more than the asking price! It was the best, painless and profitable experience I've ever had selling a property. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Mary Hancock. We are Very grateful and thankful for all the work Mary and her team did n selling our house. I was going through difficult time when i asked Mary to help us sell our house. We were concerned that our house located a little far from freeway would be tough to sell but with her excellent real estate knowledge and expertise, she helped us present our home at its best and there you go, house sold. She made selling process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don’t - like staging our home, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. She is very hands on and went above and beyond all expectations, explained everything in detail, and were always available to answer any questions anytime of day- responds quickly through email, text, phone call. Ana was a dream to work with - never pushy, a great listener, and always gave honest (and very helpful!) feedback.
