Cyndi has been working with our family for years. She helped my mom and sister find their homes and helped us find ours! We had a very tight timeline and she was always made it a priority to help us see homes, sometimes multiple ones the very same afternoon! What we appreciated most was her ability to balance offering us pros and cons about a property while still remaining unbiased and making sure we felt comfortable with the house, our offers, and counteroffers. She will offer advice based on her experience but will always ensure you feel good about your decision. She also has a great network of people (lenders, painters, property managers, etc.) that she can recommend. Cyndi is very responsive, professional, patient, strategic, organized, and knowledgeable. Although my experience might be different than most, Kevin was there when I had questions regarding the sale of my uncle's house while he was still alive. A year later he was still there! He suggested to me what was best for myself and my family and no one else. He showed the property with investors and after three days an offer was accepted. Escrow was ten days and things had to get done quickly. Kevin was in constant communication, as was his whole team, including his escrow team! He was professional, honest and he executed flawlessly! Kevin was a huge relief, the calm in my storm. His authenticity and concern for others is what makes him a success!

As first time home buyers we were not sure of the scope of the tasks ahead. Cyndi was an excellent advisor at every step in the process. She was a calm and positive force as we visited properties and she listened, and heard, exactly what we wanted in a home. She adjusted the showings to better fit our expectations and offered things that we had not thought of. She was incredibly helpful in the process of making an offer and then dealing with all of the docusigns, inspections, insurance, and so much more. For those of us who have never bought a home before, Cyndi was the absolute perfect person to guide us. I can't recommend her highly enough. My husband and I have worked with Wendy and Janey on 4 real estate transactions as both buyers and sellers. We have been extremely happy with them. They used their keen negotiating skills to get us over our asking price from qualified buyers. Both sales escrows went off without a hitch, selling within 2 weeks and closing within 30 days. They were proactive in anticipating any issues that might slow escrow so that we were not delayed. These ladies go above and beyond for their clients making sure that everything goes smoothly. When it was moving crunch time, Wendy even came to my house with boxes and Starbucks and helped me get through the final push. She was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this great team!
