We used Cyndi on the sale of our daughters home in Carlsbad. She gave us the price range for the home and we had an offer shortly after listing that was in that range. Her recommendations on what needed to be done on the home to get it in top form were spot on. She helped in getting the right contractors and so on. We'd use Cyndi again in a heartbeat.

5.0 star rating 12/12/2017 I have moved around a bit and worked with a number of really great agents, but Cyndi goes above and beyond. She handles all the extra calling, emailing, and coordinating that comes up after you put in an offer on a house and are trying to get bids and estimates, and she does it right away. She is also a designer, and she is very generous with ideas and suggestions on finishes and remodels. And, she is not only such a great advocate for her clients, but she stays on top of everything during the closing. You never need to follow-up with her. She always reaches out to make sure you are comfortable with how things are moving along. Cyndi will start out as your realtor, but she'll quickly become a trusted friend!

She is an amazing realtor who works hard to find exactly what you are looking for. She never rush you on your decision and is very patient, she is always looking for the best deal for you. It's a pleasure to work with her and will call her again any time we need a realtor.

Kayvan helped my daughter purchase a home in San Diego county several years ago; she had repeatedly raved about him to me. Last winter, while my husband and I visited our daughter, Kayvan picked us up and drove to various homes for the purpose of familiarizing us with the areas surrounding our daughter’s residence, including 50+ communities. After moving to SD less than 2 months ago, we recently closed on a home that suited our needs/desires in terms of location, views, and layout. I depended upon Kayvan's expert knowledge and wise advice concerning all aspects of my purchase. I can only reiterate the descriptions provided by the other well-satisfied home buyers/sellers. Kayvan’s responses were timely via text, email, phone, and/or in-person. Definitely, Kayvan is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and ethical. Great “bedside” manner, as another reviewer had described him. Further, Kayvan genuinely cares about you as a person, not just a buyer/seller. He is personable, humorous, and charming. Finally, I would rate Kayvan higher than 5 stars because he goes beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Kayvan to others, and would utilize his services in the future.

Kayvan was highly recommended by a friend and met our expectations. He was extremely professional, friendly and was not pushy. He was quick to respond to questions and made himself available to see houses, which was very helpful in such a hot market.

Cyndi Toscani was, hands down, the best realtor we have ever worked with! We let her know what we were looking for and she did the rest. She provided us with relevant comps to help us make the right decision for us. And then upon viewing perspective properties, she made sure everything was set up and pre-arranged. Best customer service. We highly recommend Cyndi - the experience was the absolute best!
