Kayvan was incredibly professional and has great knowledge of the market. He communicated effectively about putting my property on the market and I had a seller very quickly due to his marketing and networking. I am very pleased with the services he provided and that he was honest and sincere in all my dealings with him. Time frame in selling my condo was very quickly and Kayvan also secured other back up offers to make sure that my interests were being looked out for which I am so grateful for. He found me a serious buyer quickly and he handled all details timely and efficiently. I just underwent a major surgery so buying and selling a property was incredibly overwhelming for me during this time so I appreciate the extra details and coordinating that Kayvan did to secure my transaction.
