Kayvan was not just always available but went above and beyond any agent had ever done. His constant work on the back-end wasn't noticeable to us but so critical to protect our interests to the max we couldn't believe all his hard work. We will never look another way, and will always rely on Kayvan! Thank you so much Kayvan, without him we wouldn't be homeowners!

Kevin seamlessly guided our family through a stressful time with quick sale (5 days on the market) and sold it for above asking! He is not only an exceptional agent, he is kind, thoughtful, polite, professional, competent and knowledgeable. Kevin is accessible and keeps you informed. He takes pride in what he does and it truly shows...he even took our dog for a walk!

Marc was awesome to work with! Whenever I had questions it didn’t matter the time of day Marc would respond quickly and ease my concerns. He also made it easy as a first time home buyer to be confident in the home buying process. I would definitely recommend him!

I am pleased to recommend Marc Correll to anyone in need of a realtor. Marc recently listed my brother's home in San Marcos. The home sold soon thereafter for significantly more than the listing price. Marc retained a staging company which did an excellent job as well. Marc supplied all of the necessary legal documents and provided cogent advice when asked. He was responsive and people who assisted him were always cooperative and professional. His knowledge of the local market was great. Moreover inasmuch as, it was not feasible for my brother to move all of his furniture as well as many miscellaneous items Marc arranged for those to be donated, as we requested, to families that could make good use of them. I know of no reason not to retain Marc and would do so again if the need arose.

We used Cyndi on the sale of our daughters home in Carlsbad. She gave us the price range for the home and we had an offer shortly after listing that was in that range. Her recommendations on what needed to be done on the home to get it in top form were spot on. She helped in getting the right contractors and so on. We'd use Cyndi again in a heartbeat.
