I contacted Cyndi about 18 months ago, as I was considering selling my home. I kept going back and forth as to whether or not to move forward. During that period, I contacted Cyndi several times with questions, for market updates, new listings, comps, etc. She was ALWAYS responsive and helpful, not to mention extremely patient. Her market knowledge is superior to any realtor I’ve worked with in the past. Prior to working with Cyndi, I’d had a negative experience with another realtor so I was skeptical to say the least. When I finally decided to list my home, Cyndi’s pricing strategy was spot on. She knew exactly what to expect based on pricing and prepared me perfectly. I am a type a personality, so I had a lot of questions. She always remained patient, professional and always responded quickly. The service that she provided was second to none - from staging, amazing escrow officer, etc - every detail was covered and the process was seamless from start to finish. I have dogs so prior to showings, she came to my house and took care of the dogs. As if all of this was not enough, on closing day she dropped off my keys and a big beautiful orchid and thank you note. Look no further - Cyndi Toscani is the best there is. I heard many good things about Keyvan even before making a decision to buy a home. He proved all of them. Keyvan is very professional and knowledgeable in real estate market. He looks into the details of properties and knows about remodeling ideas and expenses. He warns customers if there is an issue but doesn't push them to make a decision, however he will gently say if he is agree or not. Keyvan is also a good guy for hanging out with. Thank you.

We had been in the housing market several times throughout the years and fallen out with no luck. It wasn't until our latest efforts that we figure out why, well, besides the insane housing market in San Diego county and surrounding areas. Until recently, we hadn't met the right Real Estate Agent! Our first one was uninterested in us (probably because of our small budget at the time), then the next few were just inexperienced and the one before Kevin just didn't get what we wanted. All of that changed when we met Kevin. He was immediately engaging, and not in a disingenuous "my time is money so let's get the information out quickly" way; but in a more "come, let me really begin to get a sense of you and what you're looking for" way. Once the process began, he went out of his way to educate and communicate to us all the steps between where we were at in the home buying process and what work was still to be done. He planned house hunting routes, depending on where we were looking to purchase and various other requirements we had in a house. He even became so in tune with us, he added criterion we didn't even realized we were looking for! He was very knowledgeable at every level of the home buying process. But what was even more impressive, was he readily admitted when he was unsure or completely didn't know the answer to a question (I should also add, he didn't just leave it at that, he actively went to find the answer/solution as soon as possible). You would be doing yourself a great disservice to not go with Kevin as your guy!

I was impressed with his organization skills. With our limited free time he was able to show multiple houses in a short amount of time. We had our 9 and 6 yr old with us during the house hunting and my 9 yr old had a lot of questions.
