I am pleased to recommend Marc Correll to anyone in need of a realtor. Marc recently listed my brother's home in San Marcos. The home sold soon thereafter for significantly more than the listing price. Marc retained a staging company which did an excellent job as well. Marc supplied all of the necessary legal documents and provided cogent advice when asked. He was responsive and people who assisted him were always cooperative and professional. His knowledge of the local market was great. Moreover inasmuch as, it was not feasible for my brother to move all of his furniture as well as many miscellaneous items Marc arranged for those to be donated, as we requested, to families that could make good use of them. I know of no reason not to retain Marc and would do so again if the need arose.

She handles all the extra calling, emailing, and coordinating that comes up after you put in an offer on a house and are trying to get bids and estimates, and she does it right away. She is also a designer, and she is very generous with ideas and suggestions on finishes and remodels. And, she is not only such a great advocate for her clients, but she stays on top of everything during the closing. You never need to follow-up with her. She always reaches out to make sure you are comfortable with how things are moving along. Cyndi will start out as your realtor, but she'll quickly become a trusted friend!

Kayvan helped my daughter purchase a home in San Diego county several years ago; she had repeatedly raved about him to me. Last winter, while my husband and I visited our daughter, Kayvan picked us up and drove to various homes for the purpose of familiarizing us with the areas surrounding our daughter’s residence, including 50+ communities. After moving to SD less than 2 months ago, we recently closed on a home that suited our needs/desires in terms of location, views, and layout.
