Connie provided excellent services to close the deal within less than a month from market placement under remotely located client. She gauged the market condition correctly and worked closely with buyer's agent to meet the agreeable point to sail through the process. She even worked hard to have most economical vendors to address the repair issues and contact the neighbor to come to mutually acceptable step even though they were pretty tough to persuade. She was very personal to find the time to meet, go out to support out needs during our vacation period and her team provided excellent service to move all paper works smoothly through on-line.
