We interviewed three realtors to sell our house and Cyndi was far and away the most prepared and knowledgeable for what we needed. She did an excellent job of providing input while still allowing us to make our own decisions and supporting our direction and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The net of it all is that our house sold in one day well over the asking price. If I were to buy or sell another house in North County I would use her in a heartbeat.
