The best. We've worked with a few realtors over the years and Sarah is our only realtor in the San Diego area. We've bought and sold with her. On the buying side...Sarah knows the area VERY well. We were first moving into San Diego from Florida. Since we were new to the area, we wanted to check it all out. She learned what we were looking for and stuck in with us as we looked at A LOT of houses in a lot of neighborhoods. She gave us great advice and also gave us room to make our own decisions. She found us a great place and helped us negotiate a good deal. She even helped us find a contractor to make a few improvements and gave us some advice about how to do that in a way that would make the house more sellable later. When it came time to sell that house, she sold it within 3 weeks of us telling her we wanted to sell. She told us exactly how to stage the house, she did a full weekend open-house and had 4 offers on the table in that first weekend. She knew just how to price it, how to show it, and how to negotiate so that we got the best deal. In addition, Sarah is just "cool". She is professional, knows her business, great to get along with, super-patient and understanding. We love her and will continue to work with her on any realtor needs we have.

As a first time home buyer, I was astonished at how well Ana and her team took the time to educate us and advocate for us through every step along the way. She is very responsive and will go out of her way to help you out. Rumors exist about realtors being shady or lacking integrity, but that is definitely not the case with Ana and her team. They have your backs and will always make the right move for you with your consent.
