I contacted Cyndi about 18 months ago, as I was considering selling my home. I kept going back and forth as to whether or not to move forward. During that period, I contacted Cyndi several times with questions, for market updates, new listings, comps, etc. She was ALWAYS responsive and helpful, not to mention extremely patient. Her market knowledge is superior to any realtor I’ve worked with in the past. Prior to working with Cyndi, I’d had a negative experience with another realtor so I was skeptical to say the least. When I finally decided to list my home, Cyndi’s pricing strategy was spot on. She knew exactly what to expect based on pricing and prepared me perfectly. I am a type a personality, so I had a lot of questions. She always remained patient, professional and always responded quickly. The service that she provided was second to none - from staging, amazing escrow officer, etc - every detail was covered and the process was seamless from start to finish. I have dogs so prior to showings, she came to my house and took care of the dogs.
