They clearly explained the process, prepared me for what to expect, answered all my questions (even the repetitive ones), had great knowledge of the area I was looking, and kept me grounded throughout the process. Our buying experience with Kevin was far superior than we've had with any other realtor. We flew in from out of town to look at some properties, and Kevin met us and toured us to the various targets. He had made arrangements to get us into where we wanted, and in only 2 half-days we had found the place we wanted. He made great suggestions on making the offer, and the ending price ended up being exactly where he said he'd get it to. Throughout the inspection and closing process he kept us up-to-date, and he made numerous personal trips to the property to check on its status. Connie provided excellent services to close the deal within less than a month from market placement under remotely located client. She gauged the market condition correctly and worked closely with buyer's agent to meet the agreeable point to sail through the process. She even worked hard to have most economical vendors to address the repair issues and contact the neighbor to come to mutually acceptable step even though they were pretty tough to persuade. She was very personal to find the time to meet, go out to support out needs during our vacation period and her team provided excellent service to move all paper works smoothly through on-line. It was our luck to find her as our agent.
